Amanda (Lake Park Amanda) was born in 09.09.2001 in a litter of 8 puppies. She was the first female to be born, after two males. Daughter of the Barney (Dog City & Cia Space Cowboy) and Fefê (Gr.Br.Ch. Pan.Ch. Park Melody Erotic Design).
She is a Basset Hound typical, of excellent temperament, which seem a lot with her mother.
She initiated in a Dog Shows at 11 months in the Shows accomplished by Brasilia Kennel Club in august/2002. In this occasion, it conquered her first title: Junior Brazilian Champion, besides being the Best of Breed.
In year of 2003 Amanda conquered the next titles:
- Brazilian Champion
- Brazilian Grand Champion
- Pan-American Champion
In this same year, after wining countless breeds and groups, she conquered her first place in Best in Show. It was in the Mato Grosso Kennel Club, where she obtained Best in Show-2 with the judge all-rounder Mrs. Maria Del Rocio N. Espejo-Saavedra.
It was in 2004 that occurred her apogee. In this year, Amanda conquest the next titles:
- Pan-American Grand Champion
- International Champion
- Grand National Winner 
Also this year, Amanda marked her space in the history of the Basset Hound in Brazil. She is the first, and even the moment the only, female of the Basset Hound to obtain the title of Grand National Winner. No Basset Hound female managed to obtain for 7 times Best in Show as Amanda. Besides Bests in Show, she obtained for 9 times Best in Show-2, 2 times Best in Show-3 and 2 times Best in Show-4.
She finished year of 2004 as the #1 Basset Hound in Brazil (Ranking DogShow), the #1 Bitch in Brazil (Ranking CBKC), the #1 Basset Hound in Distrito Federal and the #3 All-Breed Dog in Distrito Federal (Brasilense Cup).
Amanda returned to the shows the following year to turn the Best Basset Hound in Brazil and the Best Dog of Group VI in 2005. She totaled 50 BIS placing, being 10 Best in Show-1 and 20 Best in Show-2. Besides, she won the Speciality of Brasília consecutively in the years of 2004 and 2005. Amanda was 101 Best of Breed and 81 Best of Group. An incredible mark!
